Prior to this, Pathman, who also goes by the moniker Chief, served as the Managing Director of The V, the global events and marketing subsidiary of QI. He believes that direct selling as a business is based on creating, cultivating, and nurturing relationships. It is this extensive understanding of network marketing and consumer behaviour and his affable ways that enable him to connect with and empower aspiring entrepreneurs worldwide.

Pathman has a Law degree from the University of London and used to work as a legal officer before delving full-time in direct selling in the late 90’s. With his current role as Director for Marketing and Sales, he continues to fulfil his mission of bridging the gap between two seemingly opposing worlds: Direct selling and the corporate environment
